Activity Objective: To learn and further develop the fundamental educational and technical skills of mountaineering, enabling participants to move independently and confidently as a roped team on adventurous terrain in a winter environment.

Basic knots: tying-in knots, self-belay knots, belay knots, joining knots, and friction hitches
Anchors and protections: fixed, mobile, and natural

Use of belay devices
Pitch-by-pitch progression techniques
Moving together (short-rope and alpine progression techniques)
Progression on via ferrata and equipped paths
Abseiling (rappelling) techniques
Snow anchors
Technical skills: general principles, movement patterns, walking techniques on technical terrain, and classic crampon techniques. Sliding and self-arrest
Route planning: snow and weather conditions, terrain analysis, and human factors
Prerequisites: Previous mountaineering experience or completion of a basic winter mountaineering course. Aerobic fitness suitable for approximately seven hours of mountain activity.
Required equipment and accessories: Classic crampons, classic ice axe, helmet, harness, two Kevlar slings (3.00 m, 5.5 mm diameter), one Kevlar sling for friction hitch (1.30 m, 5.5 mm diameter), three locking D-shaped carabiners, two locking HMS carabiners, complete belay system with dedicated carabiner (belay device + HMS carabiner + oval carabiner). A detailed list of clothing, accessories, and complete equipment will be provided.
Included in the fee: Logistical organization. Instruction and guiding by a Certified Mountain Guide. Use of shared safety equipment.
Not included in the fee: Transportation, meals, accommodation, cable car or lift tickets if required, and anything not listed under “Included in the fee.”
